Illustration Friday: Foggy

Mrs. Fishersham hated foggy weather. She didn't much

care for snowy, rainy, chilly or windy weather either.

She would only travel in the morning when the sun was

just right; and she would, of coarse, bring along her own water.

Illustration Friday : Multiple

Portrait of a 4 year old

I think every toddler suffers from multiple personality disorder from time to time. The other day my 4 year old screamed for over 30 minutes straight because we weren't having quesadillas for dinner, he was absolutely inconsolable. Then as quickly as it had began, the tantrum suddenly ended and he went about his business as if nothing had ever happened. You never know which kid is going to pop up from one minute to another.

Illustration Friday : I Spy....

I spy with my great big eye.....
...something that makes me sad.
.
.
.
.
Last week I drew a picture of my niece's Riley and Parker fighting over Riley's bear, Bear, her favorite thing in the whole world (besides Daddy). She was so excited to see a drawing of Bear on the computer; "it's Bear, it's Bear!!"she shouted, then after a moment it hit her what was happening in the illustration. Her jaw dropped, her eyes got huge and she started balling "you made me sad!!!!" I felt so horrible. We immediately had to go find Bear to reassure her he wasn't ripped into pieces.
